"Terribly dirty. Booked this room based on positive reviews, but I think those must be made by the hotel. Overall carpet needs to be cleaned or replaced. Put room was ok, but bathroom had hair on toilet and stains on wall/door. The water in bathroom ran clear but the kitchenette water was so murky I thought my kids were playing a prank. Staff seemed to not be concerned. We booked with a bottle of wine guaranteed and did not receive it. Cookies that were raved about were inedible. Breakfast as ok. Pool will accolade one family at a time. Really unsure what all the positive reviews are based on, if we received an off room the staff had zero inclination to fix it. "

"Aside from the location for an overnight between flights & a great staff this hotel leaves a lot to be desired. Worn out carpets and fixtures and a climate system that is in need of an update. "

"Great friendly and attentive Staff. Nice large rooms with all you need for a multiple day stay. Cleaning staff did a wonderful job mli g our sty even better. Good variety for breakfast each morning. The kids had a fun time each evening in the indoor pool with lots of towels available to use. Would definitely recommend. "

"Staff were great. Room was mediocre. The carpets are stained, paint is chipping, part of the heat/AC unit was unattached and sitting adjacent. The AC was SO LOUD and rattled we turned it off completely. The room reeked of hideous disinfectant/deodorizer which gave me a headache, I had to open the window and stand in the doorway to get cross breeze to clear it out. The in-room “coffee” was gross brown water and the free lobby coffee wasn’t any better. When I asked the night crew for an extra blanket (see heat/AC unit above) the gentleman said he didn’t think they had any. No, the hotel was not sold out. They did manage to find a blanket so I didn’t freeze. As a Hilton property, I expect a lot better. There are several better options in the area than this. "
