“Overall we were very impressed in the value for money , size of accommodation and modern feel to our apartment. Superficially the apartment was clean but when you look closer at windowsills cupboards and in microwave a lot more attention to detail was needed. But overall value for money we and the accommodation itself we were very pleasantly surprised and would return again.”

“We stayed at Grandeau Thermal Spa Resort on the 16th–17th of May and unfortunately left feeling quite disappointed overall. The biggest issue was the general cleanliness and upkeep of the rooms and facilities, which did not meet the standard we expected, especially for somewhere calling itself a “resort and spa.” The rooms felt extremely bare and empty, lacking any warmth or atmosphere. Even simple touches like artwork on the walls, themed décor, bedside lamps, or softer lighting would make a……

“The space is extremely small—it's hard to even turn around inside. There’s no microwave and no fridge. Breakfast? What breakfast? The staff never mentioned breakfast at all; I only found out it was supposed to be included when I was writing the review. It was a very uncomfortable stay.”

“Receptionist manner could be better. Not feeling welcome at all! Especially in a tourist town. Other than that hotel is good, nice and clean. There’s a free private grotto hot pool, make sure you reserve a time for it. Good view, clean and spacious!”

“It's a lovely place to stay at, we can even walk to the lake in 2 mins. If we are lucky enough, we can look at the stars at night. The room's very clean, the kitchen is very tidy and tools are clean. The staff we met is very lovely and helpful. The only thing we seems not so clean is the backyard of our room, maybe there wasn't too much people using / went to it, some spider webs were seen at the chairs.”
