「DiParkr was very helpful at the front desk. He spoke great English and solved a couple of issues that other staff weren't able to fix. I was mortified to see at least 4 big fish in a tiny tank, though. The fish need either a much larger tank, or please take them to a sanctuary or somewhere where they have space to move around. 「Areas first improvement are:- 1. Inadequate staffing 2. Waiters not attentive or happy 3. Insufficient signs around resort . No area maps at all 4. No taxis available ( outbound) from the resort 5. Bathroom not too clean. 6. Limited dining options 7. Buildings not cost of fresh paint. Otherwise excellent location. Just needs good management 」
