“I’ve stayed in plenty of homes, and this one has GOT to be my #1!!! 🙌 The location is absolutely perfect! Folly Beach, Charleston, Mount Pleasant, and Shem Creek are all within about 15 minutes. It’s in a quiet, safe neighborhood and the home sits back off the street, which I really loved.. You don’t even have to worry about bringing beach towels or beach chairs because they had those covered too!!! They honestly thought of everything. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, which is……

Room was very clean with ample space for the 3 of us. Kitchen and washer/dryer were a great plus! Would definitely recommend anyone checking out DT Charleston to give 360 King a try! 10/10!!”

“It was everything we had hoped for! We came for a girls trip and all the amenities were perfect! The back yard was exceptional with the kayaks, the hot tub, and the outdoor seating! Sarah was amazing to work with and answered any questions we had! The kitchen was great for cooking dinner to save some money! We went to Sullivans island to go to the beach and the house had everything we needed for a perfect beach day! Would highly recommend!”

“We enjoyed this house on our girls trip to Charleston! It was very clean, had all the essential items needed in bathrooms and kitchen. Ceilings fans in every bedroom, AC worked great, plenty of extra blankets and pillows. The location is perfect if you’re wanting something close to King St and all the shopping and restaurants. We never had to drive far to get where we were going. I will say the driveway is super tight to get down with the house on one side and a wall on the other, I was not……
