「I've never stayed with Best Western hotel with such bad experience. High price without any quailed 4 star hotel service. No coffee maker,no cups,only plastic glass
on table. Front desk is indifferent to the guest. It's the worst memory during my
journey in Italy.」

「This hotel was stunning and we recommend this beautiful hotel.
We had a roofbox and outside parking was no issue unlike some other hotels we stayed in on our trip around Europe. The room and building, breakfast and facilities were excellent. The staff we great but we had one issue with the shower and water temperature in the morning which was cold. On querying with the reception I was told the water should be allowed to run and it would get warm, they checked but the water was still “cool” but...

「Villa Alberti is clean hotel and has a good location in old town. There were not coffee makers, our dining area was to other building across street and the breakfast was okay.
The front desk and restaurant employees weren’t much friendly, offered little warm welcome and look unimpressed」
