The stay was pretty good. Our linens could be updated as the fitted sheet didn’t fit the bed and there were blood stains on one of our quilts. The hook on the bathroom door was broken. Breakfast option is appreciated but wasn’t resupplied very quickly. Thanks for your hard work anyway.

Overall we had a good stay. The staff were helpful and friendly. We were informed on arrival that the motor for the water slide was broken. An alternative was offered that we could visit the sister hotel with a slide. We had two king beds and a sofa bed. The sheets on the sofa bed had not been changed. The king beds were clean. The bathroom did not have a working fan. There was mold around the shower and tub. The pool was decent, but needs to be cleaned. Breakfast was good. The juice machine was broken. Sausage, scrabbled eggs and waffles come out later than the 6:00 a.m. start time.

I liked how patient and kind the front desk MALE staff were, I can't say the same about the older female. She came off intimidating and made my cousin and I scared to approach for help.

Our room was great, the rest of the hotel was dirty and over ran by rift raft. I guess the price brings in the undesirables. Got woke up at 6am by several barking dogs. Staff was pleasant.

The room was great. Comfortable beds. Plenty of space. The only issues i had with the room was the sink and bathtub drains in our room didn't drain well. They were slow to drain. When i asked if there was something to be done about it they said that it was the way they were. Other than that it was great and we will probably stay there again if we go back that way.

Our room smelt like cow poop, didn't have hot water in the shower.
