“We were out and about most of the time, so mostly just sleeping, which was excellent. With 3 bedrooms and a large living room sofabed, there was no shortage of space. Wifi was very nice to have. The marina store below is WAY nicer than I ever imagined. The view and access to the lake was amazing. I dont think there is a better location for this price in the hills. I would definitely stay here again! Only 2 minor dings, low water pressure so showering wasn't great, and extra charge for using……

“We loved staying at this nice little cabin. The pictures were slightly deceiving as far as the inside size of the cabin goes. It was very quaint, but we did like that it was furnished with everything we needed.”

“Our stay at this property lasted all of about 30 minutes before we tapped out. From the front door, we walked down the steps into a dingy basement hallway with three identical, unmarked doors. We could hear somebody on the left, so we tried one of the other two doors at random. The door to the front door unlocked our door, and there was no dead bolt on our door. That makes me think that anybody that could get in the house could get in our space, so we felt really unsafe. Additionally, the place……

“Ghost Canyon Getaway was one of the greatest places I’ve ever stayed. The hosts were phenomenal, incredibly kind and warm. They offered me Easter dinner and company and ensured I had everything I needed for my long weekend away. The location was gorgeous and I am looking forward to going back as soon as I can. “This house is located about 20 miles outside of Rapid City and a great location to be since it is centrally located between Mt. Rushmore, Crazy Horse, and Custer State Park to the south and Spearfish, Deadwood, and Sturgis to the north. We only had a family of 4 so everyone was able to have their own space but this home would easily accommodate a large group. Plus all the amenities provided made this house one of the best we've stayed in. The only negative thing (if you vould even call it……
