“the worst hotel ever i checked in after 6 PM i waited 3 hours to get my room and the stuff is have issue with dealing with customers if i have to go again i will never ever come to this hotel ”

“We ranted 3 apartments Place not clean well, also the staff was Unprofessional!!! Any things requested from reception can not provide. - I contacted them 2 days before check in date to have all three apartments close from each other, they confirmed this request in last day than suddenly once we reached to hotel they change them !!! There was Egyptian guy in reception with zero customer service experience, I asked him to provide more keys for the apartment since we are 6 person, his reply……

“funny as it may seem, It´s one of the closest hotels to Dammam airport. It´s very nice, staff is very welcoming and I was upgraded to a much bigger room. However, hallways have tiles instead of carpet and are vey wide. The noise coming from people walking, talking or handling trolleys is very loud and kept me from sleeping early for a vey early flight.”

“Stayed here couple of times on my business trip to Dammam, hotel room is clean and spacious, breakfast is delicious with good selections. Service is decent for Saudi standards, price is reasonable, nothing much to complain, will stay here again definitely.”
