“We were lost in Northern Washington, having driven to a remote border crossing that closed early and not being able to rely on our gps. We called this hotel, several hours away, and spoke with Manpreet, at the front desk. She looked up directions online and talked us through. We didnt see a soul on the road for about an hour, but she guided us to the nearest town and got us on course to Osoyoos. “We had a wonderful stay! The view was gorgeous, the beds very comfortable, and the suite was clean. We had a little trouble with the door upon arrival, but we were helped very quickly.
