「The checkin was easy, the place was really well managed, clean and well kept. The bathrooms and kitchen were in good shape and cleaned every day. Also the cabin had a nice view from the lake and there were enough places to walk, grill, children's playground, etc.. And it was a 2minute walk from the train station」

「We love this hotel so much. We wanted to stay longer. The staff is friendly and very helpful. Our room was lovely and the bed was comfortable. We really enjoyed the spa. The sauna, indoor pool and hot tubs were fabulous. They are beautifully designed in a modern way that stays in harmony with the old world feeling of the hotel. The restaurant is absolutely delicious. We live in New Orleans, LA : a city known for its good food, so when we travel the food bar is set high. My husband is gluten free...

「The hotel is located atop a hill above town; staff advised us not to drive down to the town, even though I have a disability walking; it proved to be a tough painful walk down to the village and back up. Upon check-in, the staff wouldn't help me up the stairs with my luggage (by contrast, the staff the next day at checkout was helpful) and didn't provide very useful advice about a local sight. The restaurant staff was terrible --- for more than fifteen minutes, didn't acknowledge my presence...
