Amazing service, very respectful and accommodating staff! House keeping ladies on the 5th floor go above and beyond. Nellys breakfast is perfect. Next time I’m in Helsingborg I will definitely be staying again.

The staff was horrible. I think her name is Gabriela. I have never been treated like this anywhere around the world. I needed to change hotel. I will never recommend this place to anyone and she should not work with any type of service.

We needed a place that would accommodate eight or nine people comfortably, 1 teen and 7 adults from mid 20s to mid 60s.
