「This cabin likely started as a one room cabin with a loft from around the early to mid 1800s. The bedroom furniture is also from the late 1800s so it makes me think it may have always been there. It's a true relic of Appalachian family living through generations. It was very cool. It also barely had one neighbor you could see and had a nice view. 「Sweetest getaway for my daughter and I with our dog!The property is tucked away. And our gps lost service on the road there. Best way to find it is watching for the mailbox number. Short little trek from where the cars can be parked up to the cabin. 」

「Had a wonderful stay over Christmas. Cabin was very comfortable, well equipped, parking right up front, and with a firepit (which we didn't get around to using, unfortunately). Quick drive to plenty of hiking trails. We are already planning our next trip here and will most likely stay at the same cabin.」
