“Property was clean and everything was as described in the listing. Checkin was easy and very little was required for checkout, which is nice. Nicole was excellent communicating with me… some things (like payment and checkin instructions) that were supposed to be automatic did not happen, but Nicole was extremely quick in responding and got us all squared away. “We arrived late and just slept, left first thing next morning, it was comfortable and nice and clean. House is classic older home that has been updated nicely. It is not some cookie cutter built new home, but has the design and personality of a traditional southern home. From tall ceilings to 12" baseboards and original wood floors, it has character. We enjoyed our short visit and rested well.”

“We were visiting my wife's family with our 2 children and this was a perfect place for the four of us! Nice location in a quiet and safe neighborhood, and very close to Starbucks and Chick-fil-a! The rooms were are large and had comfortable beds and amenities. Nice open floor plan from kitchen to main family room for hanging out. The host was awesome in making sure check in and check out process was easy and checked in on us to see if we needed anything throughout our stay. Definitely will stay……

“What a fantastic stay! The house is in a nice, quiet neighborhood and just a short drive into town for food and shopping. The lot is well kept and very spacious! Beautifully decorated. Lots of room to spread out and for larger families not to feel so on top of each other. The kitchen was very well stocked - I was impressed with all they have to offer! Pool was cold (mid may)- but kids don't care! So many places outside to sit and enjoy. Great and fast communication with owners/property manager.……

“We checked in at about midnight, it was easy to get in and looks nice from the outside. The area has cars that speed. Once we entered I saw 2 roaches immediately. Upon sitting a cup on the table there were more . There need to be some improvements on the house. We left at 6 am and did not return. I reached out to the owner and have heard nothing yet.”

“Stayed here for a weekend while visiting my daughters at Valdosta State. This home is lovely; it is even prettier than the photos. The remodel shows attention to detail: the shiplap, flooring, window coverings are all top notch. We were able to cook for the family in the well appointed kitchen and the yard is welcoming and clean. The grill works great and is clean while the fire pit is easy to use, and the girls enjoyed sitting by it in the evening. This is an excellent rental, and we hope to be……

“1. House smelled strongly of smoke. My wife is allergic. Sneezing and runny nose as soon as we walked in. 2. Big yellow mop bucket in the kitchen full of dirty water. Not good for a 2 year old to find. 3. Kitchen was dirty to say the least. There is literally grease running down the cabinets face. 4. FOUND A PAIR OF UNDERWEAR ON THE DRESSER IN MASTER BEDROOM…with a ROACH ON THEM. (I know it sounds crazy but it’s true) 5. Light in the kids room would not work. 6. Light in living room would……
