“Everything was great.”

“Everything about the stay was great. Everything was as advertised on the inside. However, we were surprised about the neighborhood. There was a lot of smelly garbage left out by the neighbors which made it feel run down. Once getting into the house it was fine. But if my family was surprised about the outside I’m sure many others would be.”

“Apartment was in a safe neighborhood, stores for supplies close, not far from Wild Adventures. I loved the big kitchen with dinnette for breakfast in the same room and the main dining room for bigger meals. AC was cold and the neighbors across the street are super friendly and were helpful to tell us of fun places in their town. Great short trip”

“Yes everything was in close proximity. Walmart Publix and other groceries stores. The host was very nice and the house was gorgeous I would love to stay here again. ”

“I was Extremely Disappointed, I asked specifically about the fenced in backyard,I was told it was secure,it was a mess! Holes in it spaces,and rubbish stacked in thecyard,presenting a major hazard. Needless to say, my fur babes were miserable! Ihad to leash them at all times.Thisxwas my main concern. I was very honest with the host,I just wish he'd returned the honesty!”

“The stovetop was not accurate to the temperatures represented. And the oven was old and cook slow. The microwave did not work, but they did order us one countertop. The door to the patio did not close and mosquitoes and bugs and cats could get in. some of the furniture in the area was torn and needed upholstery why youclean, but there were not a lot of extras. No hangers the patio was a little dusty and dirty. There was a lot of stray cats around the area.”

“We had an incredible stay at the Cozy Cottage in Valdosta. The home is very well decorated, well stocked with items for the kitchen and bathrooms. Our 4 adults and 2 teens were very comfortable for our weekend stay. The host was above and beyond with some additional touches like hand soap in the bathrooms and creamer pods for the coffee bar. While simple, the water filter for the fridge was great so we didn't need to buy bottled water. The towels in the bathroom were upgraded and not the……

“Dangerous Dump.....this place has issues. 1 electrical outlet per room, holes in the wall that communicate to the outside, rotten wood, spongy floors, no bakeware or bowls, pickup trucks included in the backyard, dangerous driveway, window air conditioning. I could go on and landlord wouldn't refund after what I considered a misrepresentation of the facility. It's a tear down property, but is probably on the historic register or should be.”
