“In listing .pool was included . But on this day . Wednesday. Wen I checked in .. he stated that pool wasn't available til Thursday .. and Thursday came and nothing .. I was very upset . I stayed because it was 5 minutes walk to my daughters .. but I had came from another hotel wit pool and free breakfast .. so I was upset .. and wifi didn't work either . “We didn’t stay. We took at look at property and room and said we were not staying. The pool was empty. People sitting outside room no shoes or shirts just shirts. Homeless all around. Had to body slam to look at room. Air conditioning didn’t work. Ac button taped over. Room super hot. No phone in room in case of problems or emergency. That’s a red flag. Absolutely didn’t feel safe.”

“The manager listened well enough to understand what did not meet our expectations. The team attempted to remedy the problems but not all were fixed. The kitchen staff and breakfast area was satisfactory. When we entered, there was no hand soap at the bathroom sink and the shower soap container was empty. The manager replaced the empty shower container provided no hand soap for the sink area. We had to use the Palmolive dishwashing liquid to wash our hands after using the toilet. The Wi-Fi wasn’t……

“At 2 in the morning after PREPAYING FOR two nights and t road trouble they refused to check me in!!!! I’ve never been treated by an extended stay this way. “Cute stay downtown Ocala. Plenty of restaurants and shops in walking distance. Our only issue was the noise from the street below our room. Nothing the hotel can do about that but they did give us ear plugs in the room if we wanted to use them.”
