“What a charming home! Very nice updating and decor - we found it delightful. Very clean, with comfortable furnishings and the location in Lyons was great for a jumping off place for hiking. Local coffee shop (walking distance) had live music on one morning, and was a welcoming spot with great coffee and bakery items. Communication with our host Petra was excellent. Everything was spelled out and directions were easy to understand. Smooth check-in and check-out. Highly recommend! ”

“Location was great; views were beautiful! Condo had everything we needed. Parking “up top” was sometimes full, so we ended up having to park in lower lot and walk up to the top, which wasn’t a big deal to us since our whole reason to visit was to go hiking. As others have mentioned, the oversized furniture is a bit challenging, especially if you need to use the Murphy bed (which we did). But overall, would recommend if you want to spend your days enjoying RMNP and Estes Park.”

“The location of this property was great. The area was quiet and clean. Parking was very easy. The photos match what the property actually is. Now, initially arriving all seemed clean and nice. Then the very very strong stench of chlorine hit us. Obviously the whomever cares for the hot tub in the room had to (because of germs) or accidentally added too much chlorine. They left the window open for a reason. There is a swamp cooler / window air conditioner that has mold in it and is……

“Large and well furnished living space, comfortable bed, good wifi, well-equipped kitchen/dining area, and very reasonable price for Estes park. Situated on a lovely stream minutes away from Elkhorn Drive and the city center. The cabin is "rustic", meaning it is well maintained and very clean but not modern, which appeals in some ways but not others. Shower is modern with good showerhead and immediate hot water and good flow. Large refrigerator, nice stove and oven, large dining table overlooking……

“Good location and view. The deck outside is really nice and the place is about 8 mins from town and 12 mins to RMNP entrance. Beds were comfortable and clean sheets. As for the property, it is tiny, the layout of the bedrooms is weird and not too convenient, also the bathrooms and the interior should have been upgraded a while ago, everything is dated, with one of the showers being so tiny, we decided not to use it at all. Toiletries were basic, suggest avoiding them. No other amenities or……
