“Smelled of cigarettes and cooking oil. Please, if you have kids do not take them into this neighborhood. The house is in very rough shape, there is sketchy wiring throughout, lots of stairs that are not to code, very hot upstairs, and dirt that is just throughout the house - - because it needs to be gutted if it is going to be clean again. If this had been listed as a smoking house - - I would have stayed away. Pictures are deceiving - the 1.2 bath you can not turn around in and the neighbors……

“Just the spot we needed, close to everything we wanted. Lovely space for hosting a very overdue small family visit in a town where none of my family's homes are workable gathering spots. Very close to Micro Center, which may not be a selling point for everyone but was a definite plus. Backyard would be great in warmer weather. Master bedroom gets nice morning light, bummer we couldn't use the fireplace in the den obviously set up for it but oh well. I appreciated them leaving us tea and coffee,……

“I was visiting my daughter at UMKC and this property was just a mile from there. It was a perfect location to get to the college, the Plaza, and the Nelson Atkins Museum. This third floor apartment has been tastefully restored and decorated. My daughter and I slept very well in the comfortable bed. We would definitely stay here again!”

“This house is well decorated and very inviting. Bryan was a superb host and very responsive. We both absolutely loved the beds; they were very comfortable. The kitchen was great. It had everything that we needed. We were close to the Arrowhead Stadium. This was important to us because we came for the Chiefs v. Broncos game.We really enjoyed the showers with the rain-like shower heads. The bathrooms were stocked with towels, soap, lotion and shampoo.”

“The house was clean and served the purpose we needed but really not ideal for 4 people and tall people. The king bed is in the dining room wide open to the whole house. Only 2 spots to sit in the kitchen so cooking and eating at the house wouldn’t have worked for the 4 of us. The bathroom was small with no counter space and my husband and I are over 6ft and couldn’t sit straight on on the toilet as it was extremely close to the tub!The neighborhood is sketchy.
