Family Time in Lee’s Summit

This was a wonderful little property! The location and ease of walking downtown was great. The house was very clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Tyler was absolutely amazing to work with on this trip. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean, great location and comfortable

The house was very clean and well stocked. We were centrally located in a quiet neighborhood. The owner was quick to respond with our questions. The bed was quite dreamy. Highly recommend!

Comfortable

This place meet our needs. Close to Golf Tournament restaurants and some shopping. Easy to cook a few meals. Had everything we needed to cook. Couldn’t turn on the tv and very helpful resetting it. Thanks. Would rest again.

Chiefs Game

This house was perfect for our quick trip to town to watch the Chiefs vs Eagles game! The host was great to work with, answered all questions quickly. House was super clean, easy check in and check out processes. Would highly recommend and will be back if we are back in town!

Great Weekend and Longer term place to stay

Well furnished and thought out with extra amenities. Appreciate the labeling of drawers/cabinets/light switches to help find items. Storage, coffee/tea, kid friendly games, kitchen ware, and other things available for a family/friends. Appreciate the within walking distance recommendations for food and activities.

3rd Terrace

Was great. The different family members arrived at various times. I was holding my husband’s Celebration of Life at the VFW Post and we all stayed at various Vrbos. But ours had a grill and I hosted a family dinner the night before the Celebration. We had ample seating around a large table. Though the occasion was sad it was good to see all my family and have their support.

Great set-up

We stayed here to attend a family reunion. Such a good choice, close to downtown Lee's Summit which is a cool small town. It was cold and snowy, so unfortunately we weren't able to wander around, but did enjoy meeting family at local establishments for dinner and drinks. The house was set up with everything you could want for except for food and drinks of choice. Coffee/tea bar was set up with everything you need as well as some spices and oil for cooking. The place was immaculate and the beds and linens very comfy. The dining/living area was great for watching tv and playing games. The bathrooms were well stocked and clean and the backyard was great for our dog to run around and chase squirrels. Again it was cold, so we couldn't enjoy the outdoor amenities, but would stay here again without hesitation. Thank you so much for opening up your home to us, we really enjoyed the home and neighborhood.

Great house and location

What a charming house and great location. Owners were thoughtful and readily available. House was nicely stocked with necessities and house was very clean. Will definitely stay again.

We stayed here for a staycation Bachelorette party! Although it was all adults, this house would be great for a family! The space is cute. Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed! Everything around the house was labeled which was very nice, especially in the kitchen, so you didn’t have to look through all cabinets or drawers for what you were looking for. Would definitely recommend anyone to stay here!

Delightful

This house is beyond charming. The huge trees in the neighborhood are so relaxing to sit and watch sway in the breeze. We walked to downtown Lee’s Summit and the best coffee shops and boutiques are there in walking distance. The kids loved the huge backyard and all the activities to do. The beds were large and comfortable. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip to Lee’s Summit!
