Extremely clean room. Courteous and friendly staff. Breakfast goes FAST, get down there early. Didn’t use the pool, gym or laundry. Our thermostat was smashed by a previous customer but temperature in the room was tolerable. “Convenient store” was a bit overpriced. Nice to have full sized toiletries in the bathroom. Windows don’t open, so rooms can get a bit stuffy. Room doors slam shut if you don’t hold them. Overall it’s a gorgeous place to stay, though… 100% positive would stay again!!

On the website breakfast is offered at a different time. The pool was the one thing my daughters were looking forward to and the smell that was inside that area was terrible. They could not enjoy it at all.

Once I entered the lobby, the sealing was licking water. At night, I was able to hear the people pacing upstairs with their dog barking and children crying. During breakfast, there wasn’t much food to choose from. The bacon was gone and never filled it up as well as coffee. The sausage was over cooked and dried. The bed was just perfect. Excellent mattress, slept like a baby.

The bathroom door was broken and couldn’t close, there were no hygiene products (soap, shampoo) and one of the beds in our room smelled strongly of urine. The phone in our room didn’t work so when I went to the desk I was initially asked if I wanted new sheets… uh no! We did end up getting a new room, just after midnight!

From the beginning the first impression was average. Check in quick and efficient. Received our card key for our room (217) open the door and there was a small air machine running on the floor and the smell of the room was a bit foul. We left for an engagement and came back later in the evening to a parking lot full of kids (ages 10 - 18+) all through out the parking lot (this was at 11 30 pm) no supervision. This noise continued outside until 4 am. They were loud/partying, etc. No sleep for us. Will not stay here again. There are better places to stay.
