Front desk service need improve
I have comment their check in was cold and no welcoming. The Hotel Executive asistant manager acknowledged my comment and send me a card however come with a set of amenities as same as the welcome amenities. Can see how robotic and service without heart. Excellent location and price.
Excellent location here. Staff are nice. Breakfast is not good. And the room equipment is very old. Curtain are too short and in the afternoon is too bright.

It’s a beautiful hotel and breakfast was amazing. But the staff was racist. When I checked in, the girl at the counter charged me 500€ for deposit just because I am Asian! On the website of hotels.com said deposit 50€! And when I checked out, another male staff asked me why do I paid 500€ for deposit!!!??? ...
