The staff offered very detailed introduction of the tourist spots on the island upon check in. Welcome drink is served with warm welcome. There are items for snorkeling for borrowing free of charge, including life saving jacket, snorkel, fins, beach mat, etc. Towels, bags and sandals can also be brought out of the hotel for use. The breakfast include food on demand and semi buffet. The location is convenient from the pier, beaches and restaurants by walking, riding motorcycle or by taxi.

超貼心的旅店!!!!!! 地理位置非常棒～房間數少，服務人員非常貼心！ 餅乾飲料都免費贈送，因為只住兩晚想說不用浪費資源， 所以向員工表示不用整理房間，回來發現門外有一籃乾淨的毛巾及零食飲料和水～～ 完全受寵若驚！ 早餐的份量也很豐盛～

位置優越的民宿
周边配置： 島上其實配置還算比較成熟，畢竟是個連本地泰國人都會選擇的度假勝地，酒店本身一樓的就有幾個小店，但營業時間是到晚上7點半，這個自己注意一下，包括便利店賣賣吃吃喝喝的各種雜貨，還有酒店的接待處其實也是一個Information，可以跟老闆娘介紹到時哪裡好吃哪裡好玩，給你推薦，還有就是一些島上一日遊的出海浮潛行程也可以在這裡報名，筆者親測價錢全島統一，所以不別糾結，報上了到點直接會有人到酒店這裡接你的。另外，這裡也可以預定到其他目的地的交通，到曼谷機場到象島或者返回芭提雅都可以在這預定到的。 樓下的平台是個小酒吧區，但貌似已經荒廢，一般沒人在營業也沒人來消費，早餐區域也就是在這塊區域的餐桌了。同時，因為靠近沙灘，上樓梯處會有一個小柵欄圍著有淡水花灑給客人先洗洗腳沖沖沙再上樓，這點還是考慮得比較細心。酒店看到有放著一些救生衣，大救生圈，小皮划艇，躺椅，足球啥的一些遊樂設施，有興趣應該可以找老闆娘借來玩玩的吧。 餐飲的選擇其實酒店出來路口左右都有餐廳，左面就是沿著沙灘的那一堆了，右面往斜波上也有幾間相對品種口味多的餐館。 服务态度： 整個旅館基本就是老闆娘+3-5個夥計在張羅著，老闆娘還是比較親切，到了辦理入住時，還專門問是不是第一次過來，然後就拿著張地圖，用稍微簡單的英語，描述比劃出哪裡吃飯，哪裡看Fireman Show，哪裡馬殺雞的在地最佳推薦，其他的工作人員基本也是笑面迎人的那種，畢竟微笑國度嘛。 房间设施： 說說房間，前面說了，基本就是家庭旅館的層次，所以要求不能太高，整體環境衛生是優秀的，房間打掃得乾淨。洗手間也沒有異味，其他物品也沒有塵埃；唯一能說的可能就是被單洗得不是太乾淨吧，會看到有些小污漬。房間的門是用傳統門匙的，而且還連著電卡，也就是說，人不在了，電就斷了，也就是說，空調要人在才能開，房間裡的冰箱也不能長期開著，這點對於一個氣溫30度+的環境來說，真心有點難接受噢。房間里有保險櫃，有小衣櫃，有配備電筒，電蚊拍（看到有這個 應該就知道不是什麼好事了吧 哈哈哈哈）不過只要你門窗關牢了 空調調冷一點，基本沒問題的。洗手間淋浴的是用電熱水器，水壓還可以接受，水溫要自己慢慢調節，會忽高忽低。電視是連接cable網絡收看的，顯示有400+頻道，實際很多都是重複，且真心沒幾個能看懂的，值得一提的是，別看來了一小島這裡的無線網絡真的嗷嗷穩定嗷嗷快，親測平均600K+，峰值800K+，這個應該是很多星級酒店都不能保證吧。 房間是包含了早餐的，到10:30，從預定的餐單裡面只有選配下order現做，談不上好吃，當起碼新鮮，會有炒飯，粥，火腿蛋，泰式庵列等選擇，標配咖啡和橙汁。算是不出門就在酒店解決了早飯問題。

Nice room, perfect location, highly recommend!
The owner is very nice and useful. Actaully, there was not so many ants in the room. I am so afraid of ants, so I confirmed with the owner and she told me it was because there were some customers brought fruits in the rooms. Koh Samet is a nautual island, so there are lots of insects. I can make sense of it. If you don't bring any sweets inside the room, just 2 or 3 ants could be found in the room. Also, the location is perfect. Just two minutes to the fire dnace restaurant.

我住了两个晚上，酒店位置非常好，在海滩中间位置。坐在园中能看到海滩上的情景，快船直接送到酒店。员工服务很认真，竭尽所能帮助我们。酒店门外不远全是餐馆，生活方便。值得多次入住。

性价比较高的酒店，再来沙美岛，还是选择这家酒店。
性价比很高的酒店。位于钻石海滩边的中间地带，可以坐在院子里欣赏海岸和沙滩美景。临近两边几米都是餐饮店，闹中取静，位置极佳。房间很大又干净，可以坐快船直接到达酒店。员工友善热情，我总是麻烦他们，但他们不厌其烦，给了我很多无私的帮助。

Small thai style hotel. Manager felt a bit controlling but friendly service. When you check in you get a lecture about the island and surely get to now if you stain the sheet you will pay. For every item in the room It is a price list if broken :)

Excellent location, right at the end of Sai Kaew beach, just accross the road. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room large, clean and we had a sea view. Breakfast good, especially the omlettes. Can hire a moped from here - might be a little more pricey, but no fuss, no leaving passport or deposit. Fully recommend the Hotel.

A quiet hotel with great location. Bars and restaurants within easy walking distance. The town ccentre and beaches easily accesisble by foot or local transport from outside the hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite. The room was spotless and comfortable. On-site shop for everyday neccessities. Great location for an evening drink on the terrace by the rooms or on the properties street front bar area. Definitely recommend

Kiva kohtuuhintainen hotelli ihan Sai Kaew beachin vieressä. Mahtava palveluja ystävällinen henkilökunta. Erityisesti vastaanoton monitoimilady oli hurmaava ja avulias. Hyvä aamiainen ja mukavaa että hotellilta sai lainata snorkkeleita ja muita rantatarvikkeita ilmaiseksi. Ainoa miinus tieltä ja rannan ravintoloista kuuluva melu.

Absolute gem of a hotel in Koh Samet, excellent location just 2 mins to the beach and 5 mins to the main town with lots of restaurants and places to have a drink. Staff are amazing, really helpful and always happy. Breakfast best one we’ve had in Thailand. Would definitely recommend

Excellent Simple Hotel
Excellent simple hotel in a great location. The staff is very kind and accommodating. Very clean, great beaches nearby, and the AC and water pressure were sufficient. Tons of restaurants within 5 minutes. I’ll definitely be back in the future.

Kanonläge med nära till allt. Mycket välordnat och inget saknas ner till minsta detalj. Mycket hög standard på servicen där personalen lägger ner hela sin själ i att gästerna ska trivas. Inget saknas till frukost. Hotellet ligger vid den finaste stranden med det mesta på gångavstånd. BO HÄR!

Nice hotel on Hat Sai Kaew Beach
Well-maintained property, which is a plus - as many of the hotels on Koh Samet are a little run down. It's at the end of Hat Sai Kaew Beach, so everything is walkable. The breakfast was nice and the staff was very accommodating. We stayed for 3 nights and would gladly stay again.

Great stay, 4 nights
Good location on the side of the main beach. Not too noisy but convenient. Walkable distance from the center via the main road which is next to the hotel. Really helpful, happy and friendly staff. And really good breakfast. In the room we would've liked to have a place to keep our bags other than the floor (bench etc.). We enjoyed our stay and can recommend this place!

Jag kan varmt rekommendera detta boende, läget är det bästa på Koh Samet med nära till allt. Personalen är väldigt service minded, skall jag ha någon anmärkning så är det att sängarna var stenhårda men det gick att ha överseende med när allt annat var toppen /Magnus
