Enjoyed my stay in Banya! No info was provided at check-in. However, it is a small hotel so it was easy to navigate and find out for oneself where the facilities were. Most of the info is on the TV anyway. Found out later that the pools and SPA centre was open from 09:00 to 21:00hours. This was not ...

Friendly staff and nice hotel. Shower a bit dangerous with being so small, every time you turn you hit the shower handle and could scold yourself.
