The Factory On Locust

This is the place for a one of a kind stay! Our apartment is a newly remodeled apartment in an original factory building. We offer modern Scandinavian decor, the convenience of smart locks, window blinds, robot vacuum, lighting, and High speed WIFi up to 1 GBPS! Also a 4k UHD 50 inch TV with Netflix, HBO Max, Prime Video, Hulu, and Disney Plus. 2 King Gel Memory Foam 14-Inch hypoallergenic Mattresses. And a Keurig Special Edition coffee maker for expressos, americanos, or other milk creations!
The space
Although this is an apartment in a larger building, the rest of the building is still being remodeled and you will not be interacting with other guests. We designed this apartment to be open, welcoming, and trendy! Light streams in the huge windows during the day, and custom touches like the exposed brick and original flooring remind you of the factory that this building was. There is not off street parking, but our street often has parking, and there is a school across the street who’s parking lot can be used during the off hours. You will not have access to the rest of the building.

We are very pleased to now offer a 2021 Tesla model Y rental in conjuncture with your stay! If you book this vehicle it comes with free indoor parking and 100% free supercharging at public chargers and free high speed overnight charging. So you will not have any fuel expenses at all! Please message me prior to your stay to check availability and then after you book I will coordinate with you for your discount to rent it on Turo.

If you are flying into Philadelphia airport we may be able to either pick you up at the airport or arrange delivery of the car at the terminal, depending on our schedule $125 each way.

We offer discounts for combined stay and car rent. And discounts for longer stays.

You will have access to the entire apartment, but not to any areas of the rest of the building.
Other things to note
We do live in the city so there could be some related noises, to assist you we offer complimentary earplugs and a sound machine. But overall it is fairly quiet. Also we have a zero tolerance policy on parties. Only the people mentioned on the reservation may enter.
