“The place was clean, the pool was ideal. Not any extras were given in this place. Not enough towels or extra linen to accommodate guest. Having a chef was the best decision we made.”

“Yes fabulous view Beautiful and tranquil Lorna was so welcoming and made us feel welcome! Would return again. ”

“Hello, the house it self was nice. There is much room for improvement. Everyone I encountered was nice and helpful. There is major construction/renovation going on next door. And the write-up of the listing failed to mention there is a major construction/renovation going on next door. The hammering and chatter from the worker started at 8am every morning. I asked for a new/clean set of towels because I was involved in several outdoor daily activities and wanted a clean towel and it was like I……

“Getting to Top Bay apt was impossible to find even with the video direction that was outdated as the buildings looked unrecognizable in comparison to the video. They requested a 5 star review immediately but luckily I decided to wait until the end of our time. The apartment is literally in the middle of a ghetto so I would not recommend walking per the listing. Hot water in the second bathroom but none in the shower of the master bathroom (we stayed in apt 4). Property has limited parking that……

“The property was amazing! There were 8 of us and we had an awesome time! Daily housekeeping was an added bonus. We hired the chef for a birthday dinner and the food was delicious and was reasonably priced. The beach is not within walking distance and the transfer to beach is not included that would have been a nice perk. We did feel safe at the house. Because I’ve been to Jamaica before I did have transportation for excursions. We did use hospitality experts for our airport transfer which……

“I give Windfall Villa a two thumbs up. The ocean views is gorgeous, the outdoor patio is nice and comfortable, the only thing missing is a hammock, the house is a pleasant home away from home. Mel and Marsha are excellent host and chaperones, Marsha is very knowledgeable about her city Montego Bay. Mel made us feel very welcome and the restaurants they took us to was A.. If you are looking for a nice quiet, private getaway Windfall Villa is the place to go.”

“READ BEFORE BOOKING. The check in was a nightmare. I didn't know this booking was with a 3rd party vendor and not through Vrbo. I was required to send them a copy of my credit card and ID's of everyone staying in the home. This could be scary for a group of women traveling. Make sure you read HOUSE RULES & ABOUT US THOROUGHLY. That's where you'll find all the hidden items. If you have more than 2 people staying at the facilities you will be charged an extra fee for each person. What's the……
