"I stayed in the hotel with family. The hotel is very well maintained and it’s right next to the railway station. The amenities are good. There is a large in-room dining menu available. Hotel staff is helpful.
There is few points I wish to highlight
There are no much food options available near the hotel so I had to be dependent on hotel for food, which is very expensive.
The food is delicious in buffet but bakery items were not good.
The restaurant staff is not prompt when it comes to serve or clean the table."
"One of the best properties, i had stayed in last 15 yrs of my travelling. …

10/10
Will surely visit again"
"The property was clean and well maintained. Although I went during an off season still I was addressed with best behavior and all the amenities were working. The food we ordered were also up to the mark.
We even got a complimentary drop off service to the starting point of Vaishno devi mandir trek"
"We had an excellent stay at this hotel during our visit to Vaishno Devi. The staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and prompt service. Everyone was polite, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile.
A special thanks to Mr. Tilak Raj at the reception. He was extremely cooperative . His courteous attitude truly enhanced our overall experience.
The hotel is very well maintained, with clean and spacious rooms, spotless bathrooms, and a neat, peaceful ambience. Housekeeping did a great job, and the property was hygienic throughout our stay.
Hotel is conveniently situated close to both the Katra Railway Station and the Vaishno Devi Yatra starting point. The complimentary pick-up and drop facility to the Yatra point is a thoughtful service and highly appreciated, especially for pilgrims and families. The hotel offers excellent value for money with its quality service, cleanliness, convenient location, and guest-focused hospitality.
Overall, it was a good experience."
