Pelas fotos achamos que essa acomodação era ideal para nossa família, mas ao chegarmos descobrimos que era tudo muito antigo, não só a decoração como estrutura também. A limpeza deixou a desejar, no box tinha crosta de sujeira, os lençóis eram cheirosos. Café da manhã ficou a desejar.

Ficamos uma semana neste hotel, a única coisa que podemos falar é decepção. O hotel está completamente velho, sem estrutura para hospedar, portas, lâmpadas sem funcionar, ar condicionado quebrou e tivemos que ir para outro quarto, mas a pior parte deste local é a piscina, não tem nenhuma supervisão ou segurança, as pessoas vão pra lá bebem colocam música alta, palavreado chulo, o hotel não dá nenhuma importa a não ser que algum hóspede reclame Alguns dos funcionários são ótimos, principalmente cozinha e recepção, Natália e Aline são muito atenciosas

Segunda vez que fico nesse hotel, apesar das avaliações negativas na primeira tive uma excelente estadia e resolvi voltar , porém dessa vez me colocaram em um quarto horrível, na mesma hora reclamei e me colocaram em um quarto melhor, a equipe é super atenciosa e são prestativos e educados , Natlhalia , Alice está de parabéns , elas fizeram a estadia melhorar , o cafe estava cono da outra vez , que considero um bom café, localização boa, porém acho dificil voltar ao hotel , a acomodação esta deixando a desejar , hoje mesmo não teve água quente pra o banho, uma pena, espero que melhorem e se for comprovado essa melhora eu voltarei. Parabéns a equipe do hotel pela atenção.

Ar condicionado antigo e barulhento. Havia um curto circuito fazendo barulho no quarto de madrugada e desligando a eletricidade do quarto. Tivemos que retirar o cartão do sensor para desligar de vez a energia do quarto. O estacionamento é bem apertado e a aparência lembra um pouco um filme de terror. Não tinha água quente no chuveiro. O colchão também já estava em cansado e foi um pouco desconfortável. Café da manhã não muito variado. O salão do café da manhã eh bem barulhento mesmo com poucos hóspedes utilizando.
