Poi faceva freddo, nessuna coperta aggiuntiva. 「Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a time machine back to the late 1980s – and unfortunately, not in a charming or nostalgic way. The entire property felt outdated and poorly maintained. There was no restaurant, no air conditioning, and the overall standard was well below our expectations. The biggest disappointment was that our room was not cleaned even once during our three-night stay. The beds were never made, the towels were not replaced, and no housekeeping was provided at...

"Living at Hotel Giulietta e Romeo can feel their heart of welcoming guests and providing exceptional hospitality. The girls are very helpful when I lost the room card and explained to my concern very clearly. The breakfast was amazing which offered a wide variety of food like 5-star hotel. In my opinion, eating well at the morning is very important as it will definitely bring you a good vibe and pleasant mood to start exploring the city, Hotel Giulietta e Romeo fulfilled us on that. I would recommend to stay here again, it is worth the price."
