"Good modern hotel"

"Great location right in the heart of Cork, easily walkable to all the shops, restaurants, bars. Room was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Bath and mini-kitchen were extremely well-equipped and modern (high-pressure showerhead, nice rosemary-mint bath products stocked, small fridge, oven, dishwasher, cookware and serve ware). The included breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options. Staff were friendly and helpful. Right around the corner from the famous Sin E pub; we also loved the Syrian takeout restaurant (Habibi Grill) across the street, and the Lidl which was a few minutes walk away. The only minor issue was parking - the garage right across the street was convenient, but was having issues with their card reader or something, so not sure if we got the full discount or not. Overall, a great place and would definitely stay again."

"Great location. Lovely exterior with the waterfall. Rooms were a little dated but clean! Double glazed windows blocked all street noise! Do not try to get anywhere near the hotel during rush hour. Call them ahead to figure out the parking!"

"This hotel is very well located for travelling around the Cork City, Cobh, Kinsale areas. The pool was nice and big and even though there were a good few people there, it did not feel crowded. We had a family room with a double bed and two single beds, which was perfect for us. The shower (which was separate from the bathtub) was fantastic. 5 stars for the shower alone!! And we liked the shampoo/shower gel so much, that I have purchased a bottle to use at home. Breakfast was good as well. Would definitely stay again and would recommend this hotel to others. "

"We had to wait about 15 minutes at check in for our room but the staff was very friendly and kept us informed!!"

"The location was good. It was hard to drop bags off due to the construction and location of the hotel. We tried to check in 20 min early but were told we could at an additional cost. I understand they gave a check in time but this was the only location that tried to get money off of it. I also had to stand and wait 5 minutes for a staff member to come up and assist me. The rooms were plain no decor just a bed and one table."
