The rooms were spotless, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful or kind. They were very knowledgeable and even shared great tips about the places we wanted to visit. The beds were comfortable, and the showers were excellent. If you need an iron, just ask, they’ll bring it up right away. We also enjoyed the sauna, which felt amazing, and the pool, which was relaxing and pleasant. The Sophi restaurant was fantastic if you want something light but tasty get the vegetable soup (it was absolutely delicious), and the breakfast was outstanding. Can’t wait to come back!

Das Hotel hat eine gute Lage an der Kentstation. Es ist ansprechend eingerichtet. Wie in anderen Bewertungen bereits erwähnt, kann ich bestätigen dass es leider etwas sehr hellhörig ist. Schritte, Dusche,Toilettenspülung im Raum darüber war laut und deutlich zu hören. Service an der Rezeption war sparsam und cool, Service im Lobbybereich war freundlich und aufgeschlossen.

Beautiful hotel with lots of amenities. Loved the pool and gym. Restaurant and bar were delicious. Rooms nice with amazing rain shower and bar fridge with snacks and drinks for purchase.

Noisy, limited dining, roof top bar restaurant closed both evenings of our stay, and very late opening of gym and restaurant in the AM made for a poor experience. Train is very loud and bathroom had no place to put your belongings while showering etc.

Best shower of any hotel! Could have done without the cutesy, cheeky vibes of this ultra modern hotel, but I'm sure others find it funny. It did mean the design was on-point and thoughtful. Good food at the restaurant too. Excellent location to walk around town, except for the late-night trains.

Stayed four nights for a wedding early July 2025. Nice reception and rooftop bar and convenient for walking to downtown Cork. Parking was at train station next door and seemed safe enough but I think we got lucky finding an empty space and we did not move the car after parking it. Room was quite small but the major issue is that there is nowhere to unpack! There were 5 small pegs to hang suit and dresses (picture a piece of wood with pegs that you might use to hang keys near your front door) but nowhere to unpack anything else. Room was not big enough to have suitcases undone on floor so it really was a bit of a mess trying to get to clean clothes etc. There was a vinyl record player and Bluetooth speaker on the small table with a couple of records. If you like them it might be a nice touch but in reality it just took up most of the table so that there was even less available space! Shower and sink were slow to drain and shower actually overflowed after a couple of minutes. Spoke to reception and said that someone would be in to fix them. Went back in the afternoon and sink was better but shower not fixed. We had left towels on the floor to mop up the water and they were still there hours later. Complained and by we returned from dinner it had been fixed. Overall, not a great experience for average of ~260 USD/night. Would not recommend. Family and friends stayed at Premiere Inn down the road and their rooms had more space for less money.
