“The hotel itself is charming and historically relevant. The desk staff were very welcoming and helpful with several requests - ordering a taxi, food delivery, private lounge access while waiting to check in. The included continental and sit-down hot breakfast service were a very nice addition. Restaurant staff were lovely. Regulating room temperatures took some experimenting, but that’s to be expected with an older building. Comfortable beds and updated bathrooms were appreciated, too.

“We loved everything about our stay! Gorgeous property, helpful staff, delicious breakfast, room was perfectly appointed. Christie’s Pub on property was tasty and convenient. We could have spent all day in the Woolen Mills store (also on site) - it was amazing!
And it’s just a 6 minute walk to Blarney Castle which was fantastic, including gorgeous grounds.”

“Parking is onsight but shared with the leisure center, which is very busy. The room was on the other side of the property which was not convenient at all. I was asked about adding the breakfast to my room, which I did not; however, I was not informed about use of any amenities. Front desk not helpful or friendly upon arrival. The housekeeping staff were nice.”
