Comfortable room, wedding venue was spectacular. Food in the Gallery restaurant and wedding reception was fantastic. Appreciated that everything for wedding was in one place. Staff courteous and helpful.

Our room was lovely along with the staff as well. The dining facilities were really great and the situation was also really good as well along with having plenty of free parking.

When I arrived to the property, the staff was incredibly friendly (especially the employee who checked us in). My annoyance is this. I called ahead to discuss if the hotel had laundry service, a hot tub and a gym (the laundry service was a must). I confirmed my dates, and was reassured (with confidence) this wouldn't be an issue. When I arrived I was immediately informed that laundry service is not available on the weekends, and the gym/hot tub are not owned by the hotel and will have additional fees.

An sich ist das Hotel gut gelegen und hat sehr freundliches zuvorkommendes Personal. Leider ist alles in die Jahre gekommen und alles ist mit Teppich ausgekleidet. War früher bestimmt chic, jetzt scheint es eher altbacken. Das Frühstück war mittelmäßig, geringe Auswahl und die Eier leider nach unserem Geschmack nicht genießbar.

We stayed one night in a family suite. The room was lovely and spacious with an absolutely ginormous bathroom. The beds were very comfortable and we appreciated the extra seating area. A couple small items - we were there when it was quite hot, and although the room was equipped with an AC unit that blew air, it never actually cooled off. To be fair, I didn't figure this out until the middle of the night, so I didn't report it til checkout. If you're not from Ireland, fair warning that hotels don't seem to provide conditioner. However, overall a nice stay and an easy drive into city center as well as highway access.

We liked that the hotel is in a quiet area outside of the city centre. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. The stuff was very helpful getting us a cab to take us to wherever we would want to go, so that we did not have to drive in the city.

The Expedia website shows laundry facilities so I chose the hotel. There was no laundry facility! I had to do my laundry standing in a gas station parking lot (that was the nearest laundry place). No air conditioning so our room was boiling hot and faced the rising sun so it baked all day. The windows hardly opened to let in cool air. We. Had to sleep with curtains and windows open just to have any air. It never cooled the room even with two fans provided. Also, we checked in at 6 and was told there was a tour coming and the restaurant will close to us at 8pm which meant we could not eat on site due to needing to go off site to do laundry. All around a horrible experience.

Schlechter Zustand ohne Entgegenkommen

Für fast 200€ pro Nacht eine enttäuschende Erfahrung. Der Zustand des Badezimmers war desolat, schmutzig/schimmelige Decke und Fliesenfugen am Boden, der Duschregler fällt ab, die Türklinke hängt gerade noch so dran und das Wasser der Toilette hat auch konstant getropft. Das Bett war „gemacht“, so habe ich es in 20 Jahren noch nicht „gemacht“ vorgefunden. Auf meine Schilderung hin an der Rezeption und Bitte um ein preisliches Entgegenkommen sagte die Dame nur sie könne nichts machen ich müsse das mit Expedia (zu denen Hotels.com gehört) klären…
