"The staff was efficient and the location was very clean. If there is more than one person you will want to ask for more towels. The internet connects to Wi-fi but is not secure, not sure why a password was given for an open network. Overall a decent stay."

"Carpet was very worn and stained, furniture was very dirty under glass tops, overall room was very worn. Needs deep cleaning. Check-in was easy and clerk was nice but they gave me a room someone was already in. Had to go back to front desk and get another room. Room was certainly not worth the $300 cost for one night. Rooms are almost triple price on a weekend night compared to a weekly night. "

"Girls trip specifically forbthe Spa, which was absolutely wonderful! The Spa staff was great, attentive and gave us the pampered treatment we were hoping for. The rest of the staff left something to be desired but overall we had a great trip. No microwaves in rooms. Valet was not available and outdoor bar wasnt open. We tried all of the restaurants and the food was amazing at each"

"The housekeepers and the maintenance man were excellent very polite and answered any question we had. The grounds and the room were very nice. The only thing is when I read it said breakfast was served and when we went to go get breakfast, it was just fruit and we was expecting a continental breakfast, but other than that everything was excellent."

"The property was so bad, we didn’t even stay the night. We didn’t bother getting a refund and quite literally just left. The staff was incredibly nice and friendly and while we do appreciate their service, the rooms were not clean at all. The first room they gave us had not even been cleaned yet, as blankets and bath towels were on the floor. The second room they gave us was clean, but the air conditioner wasn’t working, the room smelled moldy, and the bathtub was dirty. "

"They were doing construction and it was very loud. Hotel was run down and dirty. Candy wrapper in the ice bin. Road and construction noise through out the night and early morning. Not a 3 star hotel! "
