“The condo was lovely with amazing amenities. Very quiet but it was too far from trails, eateries, and other things to do. Had to drive everywhere and there was no view but there was a nice deck.Again very nice but just didn’t include some of the logistics I had hoped for. This was not our first time at Canaan but our first time at this property. Beware, there are steps from parking lot to unit but condo is one floor.”

“The house is in a great location to visit all the attractions in the area of the Canaan Valley of West Virginia. If you like hiking there are plenty of trails nearby. The house is pleasant, comfortable and well equipped. The owners Laurie and Chip are next door if you need any assistance. The mountain views are spectacular!”

“This is a cute little place that’s a 2 minute walk to the Fiddle! It was too cold to use the deck out back but there’s a small fire place and it’s hidden from the road. It has everything you need and a nice efficient kitchen. ”

“We had a relaxing trip. When we arrived Crystal had hid 72 eggs all around the property. The kids, even the teenagers, loved it after travelling in the car. The cabin is so neat and vintage. We made Lego flowers, clay creations, enjoyed porch sitting and Yokums hot dogs are the very best! We had a wonderful Easter dinner in the kitchen. The day after Easter we toured Smokehole Caverns. We made memories that we will never forget.”

“This is a really great cabin, with lots of room. My daughter loved the tree themed room, this is a great place for kids and maybe 2-3 couples. Definitely one of the better cabins we've stayed at in the area. The view is really the best part, which I'm sure is gorgeous in the summer and winter. Hot tub was nice, and there was plenty of fire wood. They definitely have all the essentials except for shampoo/conditioner (you can easily buy some in town if you're like me and forgot). I really……

“The stay was ok. It was pur first visit to this hotel. We understand they are still remodeling & getting everything in place. There was no breakfast and no outdoor patio as shown on website. The bathroom in our room was extremely small but it functioned. The updates were great but i think the layout of our room was difficult to maneuver but that is just my preference. There were no instructions in the room about emergency exits, maps, no info on area, no guide about the tv. The tv service was……
