“Stay away from the place. My wife and daughter came for the hockey camp. They checked in late, around 10 or 11 PM. The room was neglected, with damaged door, tears in the shades, thick layer of dust. It was humid with strong odour. The toilet was dirty. They asked to clean the place and staff answered it's not possible. They were taken to another room which had a refrigerator malfunction. A puddle of water was on the floor and my wife slipped in it. So they went to a third room. Same thing……

“Parking was good. Staff were pleasant did not have much interaction. The building is old and obviously not well maintained. The AC in the room with the 3rd bed was trashy looking. Cut a chunk of screen out and placed through. Flimsy not secure. Good thing no criminal activity. Wouldn’t be hard to break in. The beds were ok but cleanliness around the beds was not pretty. The lamps had cob webs and dust so not much cleaning. The exterior door to the room was old and not nice fitting. Needed to……

“When I checked into my room the door lock didn’t work. They made me sit in the room with the door propped open waiting to be fixed. I called and asked to just be moved to a different room. Then as I got into bed my toe touched what looked like a half eaten rock eaten rock hard cookie. I was too tired to care. I came back the next night around 9:30pm to find my key didn’t work again. Turns out they thought I wasn’t coming back and they cleared all of my belongings out. I was booked for 3 nights!”

“Upon arrival to our upper floor room the air conditioner was not tuned in and it was super hot in the room. After using the toilet we noticed it would not flush. Then we noticed there was no cold water when we went to wash our hands. We notified the staff memeber working and he assigned us a different room. The handrail leading down the staircase was not securely fastened to the wall. In the second room the water in the bathroom sink wasn't draining. It looked like someone else was staying in……
