Our walkout basement suite is the perfect place to relax on your vacation. Whether short term or long term, this space is bright and spacious with all the amenities you'll need to ensure your comfort. Our location is in a quiet neighbourhood which backs onto a part. We're also close to downtown Lacombe (literally two minutes!) and local attractions. You have a fully equipped kitchen suite with fridge, stove, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher and coffee maker. There is also in-suite laundry for your convenience. TV options include cable, or Apple TV through which you can connect to your Netflix account. Consider this an attractive, affordable option for your next get away!

I stayed here for over a month, and the place had everything I needed. Very clean and in a beautiful quiet area. Easy to get to and amenities close by. Host family was wonderful and easy to get a hold of. I would definitely stay again.

The property was clean and very well equipped. It was located in a very nice, quiet area with a park for the kids just outside the gate. The owners were very welcoming and accessible. Overall we had a wonderful and enjoyable stay.

Kevin the owner came to greet us at the property. We were visiting our three grandchildren who live in Ponoka. My husband and I live in England. Kevin allowed our grandchildren who are all over the age of 18 years to visit and stay over if any one of them wanted to. It made our time with them so extra special. The suite is very clean and well equipt. I would highly recommend it.

We arrived late but we had a separate entrance and the pathway was well lit in the dark. The in floor heating was sure nice on our chilly weekend get away. The suite is very large and clean and the owner was kind enough to provide a couple of extra items we needed (extension cord and spoons). If you need coffee creamer it's not supplied. The only thing I wish is that the ad was clear on the cost. The suite is $75/night (not $57) and a $35 cleaning fee and a $22 service fee added on by vrbo. However, the price seemed reasonable, it was a nice space and I would recommend it.
