「The staff was very accommodating and friendly from the jump. The lobby is small but cute and perfect for photo opportunities. The room was clean and had all the usual conveniences. The place has a modern feel to it. The yard needs some work though. there were weeds and it looked as though the grass had not been cut for a bit. there was sufficient parking and the area was quiet. i only spent a night and left before the breakfast so i cant comment on anything else. But overall we were comfortable.」

「It is very difficult to find connecting rooms in the city, but this hotel has them. The staff are okay, and the room is extremely comfortable, especially the bed, which is exceptionally cozy. The view is beautiful, and the location is very convenient, right next to the Eurostar train station. There are no slippers, comb, shower cap, toothbrush, or similar amenities in the room. They do have shower gel, shampoo and a hair dryer. Overall, it is a very comfortable hotel.」

「難忘的住宿經驗！從沒住過飯店人員水準這麼高的，從下車起門口的飯店人員就親切的打招呼幫忙提行李，辦理入住時櫃檯人員也是親切招呼解說，在這住了兩個晚上是我最難忘的飯店。 房間很新，不算大，天花板很高沒有壓迫感。 浴室 和廁所分開，寬廣舒適。 床頭設有Type-C的充電孔。飯店有個Lounge 有提供咖啡等給房客使用。 來阿姆斯特丹這幾天風大雨大，本來壞了好心情，最後兩個晚上可說是讓整趟旅行有個非常完美的結尾。 這家飯店的同仁親切感是前所未有的體驗，下次去阿姆斯特丹一定會再次入住。」

「飯店坐落在交通方便的地點，坐地鐵離中央火車站三站遠的位置，飯店總體保持得很好，人員也很友善，客房住宿期間的再整理只有倒垃圾和換毛巾，沒有更仔細的打掃」
