“Room rug not clean. Bad odor in room smelled dusty and mildewed.
However, bed was comfortable and bathroom reasonably clean. Bathroom sink faucet wobbly. A/C unit could not be adjusted for individual temperature control. Continental breakfast leaved much to be desired. Little food choice. Receptionist was friendly and helpful. Rooms needed updating. Door trim in bathroom was shredded at bottom of door. No framed pictures on the walls.”

“The hotel charged my card twice at check in and now I have to wait 3-5 business days to get it situated. That is not acceptable.”

“My only complaint is that they do not even have a continental breakfast available. The restaurant is top notch ... but doesn't open until 9am”
