「My family stayed at Mermaid Cottage for a weekend while attending wedding festivities in the area. The house is comfortable and clean and the area is quiet, but great proximity to many Cape Cod locations. Our host, Louise was fantastic and quick to respond. Mermaid Cottage was the perfect place to retreat and relax after a long day and the patio was a wonderful area to hang out. Highly recommend!」

「Great little cottage steps from the sea. It was close to everything. The host had good recommendations. Tiny kitchen but we made do. Bring K cups for coffee. If you like to read in bed, bring a book light as there is no lighting bedside. It is on a busy road but traffic dies down early. 」

「I wanted a cottage on the bay that was close enough to the water that I did not have to load up the car, carry bulky equipment and make long journeys to bathrooms. With this cottage and location, I had the beach right outside my door. For me it was worth the cost just to have all of the conveniences, the sound of the water, beach walks, daily sunsets and privacy.
