"Nobody was at the front desk and check-in through the kiosk was a joke, long story short, it doesn’t work. In the bathroom we were given 1 small bar of soap and a small bottle of Shampoo, seemed stingy for an extended stay type of room. The hotel is right next to Bangerter Highway and it is loud. The final straw was a Luke warm shower. We were planning on staying in this hotel again and we cancelled our reservation and are staying elsewhere."
