“Very nice motel, good location, safe, well equipped, clean and tidy, good service, good breakfast, our first hotel in Florida, very good impression, great value for money! Thank you for giving us a great night!”

“I checked out around 10:30 give or take. At approximately noon I figured out I had left my wallet in the hotel room. I immediately called the front desk and explained to the gentleman who answered my problem. He asked me to hold and he would ask housekeeping. After a couple minutes he told me that yes my wallet was in the room along with a white plastic bag with chargers and some medicine. I asked him to please secure it and I would pick it up in 3 days on my way back through Ocala. I was so……

“Unfortunately my stay was not peaceful due to unsupervised teenagers running rampant until 1 am. Security was called 3 times by 3 different guests and finally the adults with the group showed up. I had to threaten the kids and their chaperones that I would call the police if they didn’t get them under control. It would have been nice if the hotel had offered to comp my room or reduce the rate but they did not. The hotel should consider placing the teen groups on the first and second floor away……

“Perfect. Room is equipped like a 5 stars hotel. You can feel how employee and management think how to make a difference caring about customers. Just an example, from 5pm to 7pm there are free snack and drinks. What is more important (for average travelers) you can rest in a quiet and comfortable room.”

“The cabins are wonderful and you immerse yourself in the Old Florida setting. I spent only 1 night but I would like to return for a whole week as a retreat to read and write. That is one of those places that stay with you and so inspiring. Since it was a Monday the restaurant was closed but can t wait to try it out next time I am back.”
