「Clean and friendly」

「Hotel is currently undergoing a remodel, but still in great shape......the staff was beyond helpful and friendly.......the site and room were very clean and comfortable.......will definitely stay there again」

「Clean hotel, no weird smells! Indoor pool was well maintained and hot tub was clean. Late pool hours was great for us too since we checked in so late! Hotel provides towels too! Breakfast was good. Nice location.」

「Weird stains on the sleeper sofa as well as the light fixtures. No additional bedsheets found in linen closet. Rancid smell in room, very few outlets. Roach found in bathroom, very stained and mildewed shower curtain. Refrigerator hardly cold enough to store food. Really dingy and unclean vibe overall, and very outdated property. Breakfast pretty standard. + 1 star for working AC.」

「Our only complaint was the limited toilet paper. When we arrived to the motel, all we had was about a fourth of a roll left and no stock of extras. However, when a staff member asked if we needed anything the next morning, she was very quick to give us a new roll. We enjoyed the Roku that was provided in the room. Parking was adequate and right outside our motel room. The location of the motel was conveniently right next to Casey’s and just a quick walk down the street from the town amenities....

The staff member we spoke with was helpful and acknowledged our concerns, but was unable to issue a refund. We decided to leave for our own peace of mind and called back later that evening because we were told the night staff had the authority to process refunds. Instead, we were told that the sheets were...
