“Location was easy to find and is near a lot of great destinations in downtown. Loft is beautiful, clean, comfortable, and was quiet for us. Easy parking. Definitely recommend!”

Would have been nice to have parking provided, but not surprised due to being in a city setting; although happy that we were able to use the parking structure attached to building. “They switched us from times square to new central but the communication was up to date and excellent! The space they put us in was fantastic. we only had 2 issues: 1. I made it apparent that there were 3 guests, but we only got one key fob. 2. Our living room table broke the first night after putting only a plate and cup on it. Not getting security deposit back obviously ”

“The studio was spacious and had a perfect location! The a/c wasn’t working which was disappointing but the property manager did provide a fan and luckily the studio is in the basement. Communication with him was a breeze and I would stay here again!”

Only issue was how hot the room was. Despite the (very old) AC that was in the unit, it was not enough to adequately cool the space - it was so hot it was hard to sleep.”

“Don’t be deterred - the parking lot, front lobby, and elevator are fine, but it’s once you get inside that you’ll see everything this property has to offer. We LOVED our stay here! We were two moms visiting with our teen daughters for a sports event at Huntington Place, and we were easily able to walk there from the apartment. I would have given 5 stars for cleanliness, However, the cleaner missed some details in the bathroom. Nathan was amazing with communication.
