"The front office young lady was very kind and professional. However, when I left the office, I drove around the backside of the building it was trashy broken-down cars and people loitering. I fortunately had a room on the front side of the building and was able to back my car right up by my room door. The breakfast could use a little work coffee wasn't good at all. The room was clean bed was very comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience for just a stop over and the price."

"This by far my favorite cabin. The 1st night in the hot tub is what we needed(flat tire). 2nd night was under the weather. Nice place yo hide out till I felt better. We stayed on the main floor, but the bed we will say comfortable. Was planning out to explore, but could due waiting on the tire guy. Good thing there was lots to do. Already another trip back this fall."

"This was the perfect stop for me and my pugs. I was traveling through, and it was a gem to find such a comfy spot for one (or two if you need a romantic get away). Hosts were super friendly and easy to talk to. My pugs loved the chickens and I loved the peace and quiet of the wind flowing through the trees. The pictures don’t do it justice, it is rustic, but comfortable."

"It was very nice for our family that needed 5 bedrooms and we were able to all stay together. It’s hard to find a nice space with that many bedrooms. The bedding and towels were good quality and the kitchen was well stocked with what you needed. We would have preferred a couple of the rooms to have a king bed and more of an outdoor patio space for grilling and sitting out. A gas grill would be nice. We enjoyed the fire pit and made s’mores one night."

"I have stayed in many VRBO properties, but this absolutely was amazing! The property is secluded and private and beautiful, and the building itself is a wonder! Everything was top-notch, super clean, tons of amenities, and the father/son who made this as a labor of love, could not have been kinder and more responsive to everything. we were there during a huge tornado that hit in town, and they checked on us several times, once actually coming out just to see if we were OK, as well as offering their own storm shelters if we felt unsafe. It was a wonderful trip to Charleston made even better by having such beautiful accommodations! We’ll be back!!!"
