The glass sliding door was hard to open and the AC was not working. Owner responded immediately, sent someone to fix it the next day. We really like the location of this property and the property itself. Very quiet, and so many things to do in and around Eagle Crest.

This property is even better than advertised. It was clean, extremely well stocked, check-in was as good as it gets and communication with our host was returned immediately. Property has a huge deck with seating for at least 12 people and the hot tub made for some amazing star gazing at night. We've rented dozens of properties through the years and this one is definately top tier!

We enjoyed our stay at "Golden Escape". We came to visit family over the holiday. The place was clean and well stocked. There was plenty of room for all 5 of us. The only things that were a bit tricky was the parking when our family came to visit, and the fact that there wasn't a POD coffee maker, since we brought our own pods, but not a huge problem...other than that we found all that was needed in the kitchen. The hot tub was a nice reprieve and we could even see a snow-capped mountain from it which was awesome! We would definitely go back in the summer!

Beautiful house in great location

We have friends who live in Eagle Crest and we like to be their "neighbors" for a weekend at least once a year. This house was perfect for our family and within walking distance of our friend's house. Beautiful house - we would try to stay here again.

Redmond Getaway

Very nice property with plenty of room for everyone. The living room is one of the nicest we’ve rented on VRBO. Comfortable couch! The kitchen was well-stocked and even had quite a bit of spices available. Loved the hot tub. Would definitely stay here again.

Good location. Didn't know from the picture that it was a multi-plex unit as a result there was no privacy on the deck. The hot tub was not working and though someone came to fix it, they were not able to. The windows were filthy, so much bird droppings on the outside of the windows. The deck chair cushions had holes in them. Many throw rugs. Air conditioning worked perfectly downstairs but still hot upstairs (it was hot during this week). When I communicated with LAVA about the issues they immediately sent someone for the hot tub, and another person the next day but they were counterpointing all other issues we had which wasn't helpful. I had to call VRBO when I didn't hear from LAVA after returning home regarding the refund they said we would get because the hot tub was not working. VRBO solved that problem.

Eagle Crest Thanksgiving

Great location for taking in the Eagle Crest resort. Within walking distance of the Ridge Rec Center and golf courses. House worked well for us and nice to have TV’s in each bedroom. Hot tub was nice to have at the house. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals. We liked the big table for eating and playing games.
