“Clean room Great staff and breakfast”

“Overall is clean, rooms are spacious and the staff is welcoming! The location of the property is ideal and offers easy access to the interstate highway with numerous restaurants and stores nearby! The pool area also has a nice deck and the breakfast has a great variety in the morning! All of the in room, amenities and kitchenette resources are new with a spacious refrigerator and decent cabinetry space as well.”

“A great location, near shopping areas, Toyota Stadium, to catch a great baseball game, quiet area. Our room was ready, very clean and the staff were very professional.”

“My room was facing the train track and it was loud at night at certain days. It wasn't every night. Nothing the staff could have done about that. There was a loud dripping sound from my bathroom vent that went on a for a while at night on one of the nights. Otherwise, decent place and good value.”

“My dad and I stayed only one night, parking is plentiful, staff is helpful, room is super spacious and clean. The things that weren’t great were that there were no towels left for us, thankfully my dad had brought one from home. We were in a hurry so I didn’t bother calling the lobby, but towels are essential. Breakfast is a joke for a hotel of this big, their breakfast of open from 6:30am to 9:30am. We got there at 8:20am, no coffee, (rooms have a kitchenette but no coffeemaker) 4 bags of……

“Very good hotel, the reception very nice and helpful”

“I had a terrible experience checking in. After a 4 hours drive with kids we reached there to find out that the staff couldn’t find my reservation.she put all responsibility on me to call Expedia and find out why.then I found out by looking at her computer that she mistakenly gave my room to someone else. She didn’t even looked at that person I’d.now she gave their room to me. I found that the room had only 1 bed where as I paid specifically for 2 queens.going thru this mess after 8 hours work……

“One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in long time! The staff were super friendly and helpful, room was very clean, and breakfast was top notch for a free continental breakfast. Highly recommend!”

“The staff was nice and the facility is pretty. Tru is probably best suited for young families and teams in town for competitions who require less to be comfortable. These are extremely basic accommodations. The hotel is clean and bright, but there are few amenities. The room was like a dorm; small with a tiny fridge and no microwave. There was no closet, just and a rack with a few hangers. The convoluted TV set up with 2 remotes and no instructions was the last straw for me. I figured it out the……
