“My opinion is it isn’t worth more than $120 (after tax) per night. I picked this hotel over others because it said it has a sauna, but not until I checked in was I informed the spa isn’t open every day, it’s an additional fee to use the sauna, and it’s in the basement of a separate building that’s occupied by multiple businesses. On the opposite side of the hotel is the pool, which is so small it looks like it has the surface area of 4-5 kiddy pools, not joking. The gym is cramped, and……

“Beds were comfortable but recommend bringing your own pillow unless you like sore necks. Breakfast had a lot of variety and was tasty. Pool/hot tub hadn’t been open yet, so that was a bummer. Conveniently located property!”

“Staff was great, Very clean lobby and rooms. Comfy and updated rooms. Breakfast was standard. Very convenient was there for 2 nights for a wedding. Rooms were freshened up every day. Walking distance to a couple restaurants. Minuets from a shopping plaza . Would definitely stay again.”

No covered parking options (they do have a gated lot that you have to pay for), we got no sleep because of the wind blowing through AC units “whistling” all night on an adjacent roof right outside my window (this was very loud and never stopped), weird shower door that is open on half with no ability to close so water got everywhere, there was an exhaust fan in the bathroom ceiling but there was no way to actually use it as none of the wall switches turned it on, in……

“Staff was very friendly which eased the frustrations we encountered. The card to open the room failed several times which made us have to return to the front desk to fix it each time taking the very slow elevator. The shower curtain rod in the bathroom was installed too high for the curtain so the floor became very wet with each use. The mirror in the bathroom had no light, only one light on the ceiling, very dim for applying make up. No hooks in the bathroom for used towels or toiletries bag,……

“Extremely helpful staff! My husband broke his glasses while there and the front desk concierge went out of her way to help us repair them. We will forever be grateful! I believe her name started with a ja or je, she was so very helpful! ”

“The checkout and check in process was extremely slow… the shower wouldn’t completely turn off and it wouldn’t drain. We had to stand in shin deep water while taking a shower. Definitely not what I expected for the price we paid.”
