It was nice and quiet out at his place though we didn't get to explore because of family obligations. My car decided to die on us and he was so kind offering help and not mad about the circumstance of essentially checking out a hour late due to having to run into town and back for a new battery. “This was a the perfect fit for a short stay in Evansville. The neighborhood was quiet, and I felt very safe staying there. It is just a short 7-minute drive to downtown. The owners were very responsive and answered all of my questions.”

“We have family in Owensboro, and sometimes we need a little extra space when we visit from Bowling Green. This adorable house is in the perfect location and gives us the extra space needed for “spillover”…so much better than staying at a hotel. “The house was very beautiful, very clean, and located in a nice quiet neighborhood near one of the main steets in Owensboro. It was very easy to access the grocery store, restaurants, and nearby highways. Also, the screened in porch was a wonderful place to enjoy morning coffee and a night cap. The hosts were very hospitable and very responsive to my questions. Definitely would stay here again!”

There is a door to the steps going upstairs so we didn’t need a baby gate, and the kids playroom was a big hit! The beds were comfortable, and it was very clean. We were completely satisfied!”

“Everything within the apartment was clean and the layout is nice. The only complaint is that the check out time on the app was labeled at 11 am. However, the cleaning person came in at 10:30 and gave us 10 minutes to pack up and leave. So make sure to double check with the manager on the time which you have the rental to.”

“We came into town for a wedding and this place was perfect! The extra amenities were nice little surprises and we took advantage of the games and letting in some fresh air from the large doors while looking over at the park. Definitely recommend”

“My family and sisters family stayed here for my daughters graduation from UE (we’re from Cincy). This place is exactly as described. Very clean and decorated beautifully. Everyone had fun in the huge basement with the ping pong table and basketball game! Host is wonderful and super responsive. This is a must place to stay!”

“The room was clean and comfortable. I expect casino hotels to be a little worn down. A lot of people come through there daily. Overall, it was better than I expected. My only critique would be, there is not a lot of parking. I ended up parking in the garage and walking through the casino with my bags to get to the Legends Tower. ”
