"Room was clean, check-in was easy, breakfast was delicious. The only issue O had was with 1 housekeeper. She exited the elevator, pushing the big cart without looking. Before I could get out of way, she knocked me back, pinning me against wall. I had to shove the cart off of me. She didn't say sorry. All she did was smile as she walked off. Not happy with this staff member"
