「Room was clean but bathroom was in need of some tlc. Old and worn can make you feel like it was not as clean as it was」

「I did not see a gym. But hot tub was ok. Pool was ok. Nothing amazing but good enough. Pool was a bit cold. The room had a curry type smell to it. But all in all it was ok. Nothing to be to upset about. Breakfast in the morning was waffle or toast/bagel. Unfortunately no cereal. 」

「This was my first time staying at an IHG property in over 10 years. I will say that I was pleasantly surprised. This hotel was very clean, the rooms were clean, the beds and pillows were comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. My family of 6 fit comfortably in their two bedroom suite with the pull-out sofa. It was just what we needed for a quick three night trip. The gym was great, I always had it to myself. 「The room was very clean, bed was very comfortable. We didn't try the breakfast. They have a nice sign in the room asking for the hot tub to be used 7am until 11pm to not disturb the room next door. My neighbor clearly didn't see the sign. I was startled awake to a hot tub filling with water around midnight.」

「It was opening weekend. Staff were still being trained - meaning check in took a lot longer than it should have. Pool hours were dumb, it closed at 9pm (Maybe adults only till 11 would be good?). 」

「Nice room etc, but staying 3 days ws had some heavy luggage and had to up atsep ataira to 2nd floor.. Juice machine was broken, and juice bottle in fridge was emptied first day and was not replaced, when asked , was told they didnt have any..yet Walmart was right next door. Very pleasant lady behind counter tho」

「Pros: beautiful views, walkable to downtown with food and shopping options, clean and comfortable room, helpful staff. Cons: no food or drinks at hotel (our stay was early May).」

「Check in and check out were easy by using the link provided. The whirlpool had distinct water line ring & hair in the bottom. The ice bucket had black mold around the ring at the top. The exterior door of the hotel was unlocked/unlatched when we entered. Once we closed it shut and tried to reopen for a family member bringing in baggage, the door would not open. Both of these were alarming.」

「No frills no thrills, basic hotel to sleep. The staff is great, the rooms are clean and a great place if you are just spending a night or 2. Remember to bring your shampoo and body soap and luckily we had places planned for breakfast like moose jaws and Paul Bunyans」
