tiny but functional

This is the second time we have stayed, and the place works well for the two of us. We were granted early check in which was great, because 4pm check in and 10 am check out times are pushing it. Also it would have been nice if there was propane for the bbq and the crab cooker.

Comfy little place

We would have rated 5-stars for this comfy, small place but the sheets in the top bunk were not clean (sand and hair). The home is nice, especially for the price. If your going to charge for a cleaning deposit better make sure the sheets are clean!

I may have misunderstood the description but while the adorable house is CLOSE to the beac it was not ON the beach. That being said, i would (already have) recommended to friends.

Cute but needs some maintainance

It was cute. Main bed needs some help. Maybe just a new matress. Bathroom fan switch is shorting out, it goes on and off. It is a bit of a trek to use grill, hot tub and fire pit. I really don't like having to go out the front door and around the house. Extremely inconvenient.

Where' The Operation Manual For the TV?!

There was no figuring out how to operate the TV setup, or watch a movie, or even see an episode of Jeopardy. The handwritten note in the yellow binder by owners doesn't exactly make for ease of operation when the guest has no familiarity whatsoever with such a 2-remote set up (while not being the age of our grandkids, who probably could make it all work)! It was a total bust! Very disappointing.

The house was very clean and had the necessary items. However, access to the washer & dryer would have been nice and ice in the freezer. People usually like to stay at a house to have the same amenities as a home and this felt more like a hotel.

Cute Little Beach House

This little house was just right for our stay in Winchester Bay. It is within walking distance to small stores, restaurants and the harbor. It is also just a five-minute drive to Reedsport where there are larger grocery stores and a fantastic bakery, (The Sugar Shack), which we visit every time we are in the area. The house has been updated and is nicely decorated. We were there to do some crabbing and the house was very accommodating.

A great little house

We loved the quaint little home. Just perfect for a couple, and/or a few children as well. Very close to the harbor. The house was very clean and well appointed. We would definitely stay again👌
