From what I can tell, it’s one of the newer hotels with a nice small gym, great little pool area with two gas grills that were in great shape. The staff was super friendly and it was conveniently located to the dock where we met our fishing guide the next day. There is also a H-E-B grocery store close by. "

"Room was ready and wouldn’t let me check in"

"nothing at all like it was described in the description, couldn't go inside to check in I had to check in through a window outside,the office was pretty much closed my entire stay, had to pay a $50 deposit that I still haven't got back , lady at the desk said it takes 48 hours so we will see, don't understand what the deposit was for the room I stayed in needed a lot of tlc, says free wifi but there was no wifi, the room was very unclean, bathtub needs to be bleached had to buy cleaner to clean before I would take a shower, under the bed looked like it hadn't been swept or mopped in months, mini fridge definitely hadn't been cleaned in a while, I had no choice but to stay there because I couldn't afford to pay for another hotel room because they wouldn't let me cancel my stay and get my money back, this hotel was not worth the money they charged me to stay there, not to mention people were up outside partying until 4 am being loud and the hotel staff allowed it"
